Just not here (Day 1199)

They’re just not here.

They can’t be found

under the bed 

or out on the ground.

They’ve disappeared

without a trace,

leaving me 

in an awkward place.

Where they might be

is hard to gauge,

but one thing is certain:

They’re not on my page.
